Unacceptable as we are paying mortgage for a home we cannot live in. There are missing base boards, a broken sliding glass door, crooked cabinets, peeling cabinets, countertops are installed incorrectly, damage to closets and cabinets. Very nice homes and the staff were also very nice.
We purchased a home already but we stopped in with our daughters and they were very up front on prices and showed us all the homes on the model center. We walked into each one and we really were amazed how nice they ALL were. One of the best things was we can buy the home as a mobile or as a modular home. Great experience at this place and we have looked around a lot. Thank you for the tour, We loved it and had a lot of fun. And then there are exceptional homes.

This is our first experience building a manufactured home. We selected North River Estates not only because it is... It was nice to be able to walk through the various models and not have to guess what a home... Such great people to work with. Everyone is so friendly you begin to feel as if you’ve known them your entire life. Please do your research prior to using these companies - they get their money, then use horrible subcontractors to do the work.
Throughout the entire project, they have been friendly, efficient, professional and responsive. We have always been treated as valued customers; in fact, we’ve been treated as family. Not only were Mark and his staff instrumental in the process, they were there after the sale when we needed a few issues taken care of. Burnes Painting and Murray's for wood stairs and siding - both have very bad work ethics and attitudes towards the home owners. It has taken 15 months to have Jacobsen and Citrus Meadow Homes of Clearwater fix 98% of the items that needed to be addressed. I couldn’t recommend My Jacobsen Homes more! It was a smooth process from start to finish with excellent communication along the way. You won’t be disappointed.
