We purchased a home already but we stopped in with our daughters and they were very up front on prices and showed us all the homes on the model center. We walked into each one and we really were amazed how nice they ALL were. One of the best things was we can buy the home as a mobile or as a modular home. Great experience at this place and we have looked around a lot. Thank you for the tour, We loved it and had a lot of fun. And then there are exceptional homes.

Unacceptable as we are paying mortgage for a home we cannot live in. There are missing base boards, a broken sliding glass door, crooked cabinets, peeling cabinets, countertops are installed incorrectly, damage to closets and cabinets. Very nice homes and the staff were also very nice.
Burnes Painting and Murray's for wood stairs and siding - both have very bad work ethics and attitudes towards the home owners. It has taken 15 months to have Jacobsen and Citrus Meadow Homes of Clearwater fix 98% of the items that needed to be addressed. I couldn’t recommend My Jacobsen Homes more! It was a smooth process from start to finish with excellent communication along the way. You won’t be disappointed.

Closed on the home in Nov. 2021, did not receive home until June of 2022, was guaranteed completion within 4-6 weeks of delivery to the property. It is now October, and there are numerous issues with the construction of the home, and missing items. Placed a service request and I am now being told this will be an additional 4-6 weeks for a technician to contact us for follow up.
